Ruth is my good friend.
She will never let me down.
She is always there,
To lend a helping hand.
She worries too much,
But that is why we are friends.
I help her with her problems…
And she helps me.
We work together to straighten things out.
Sometimes she feels like her life is in pieces,
But I help her pick them up,
And put them back together again.
One thing that we both could use sometimes,
Is a hole to crawl in,
Just to cry.
Sometimes she can be goofy,
Other times depressed.
She is my good friend.
She never lets me down.
I hope I do the same for her..
I hope she likes having me around.
I enjoy her company…
Whether she likes mine or not.
