I want to go on a walk with you,

A really long walk,

Where the moon lights up the sky

It is not too warm

And not too cool

And we have all the time in the world,

And you have no desire to be alone

I have so many questions to ask you

And I know,

To some, you could give no answers

Because you don't even know them yourself.

But I long to get inside your mind

And find

What your favourite memories are

What is your biggest fear

What speeds up your heart

I want to melt into your mouth

And sink within your arms

But instead, I go to bed alone

I know,

Simply,

I can't.
