They don't mean much.
Here one day,
Then gone the next.
Can leave you,
Lost and perplexed.
What's frustrating,
Is how they sting.
If you want more,
But they've grown bored.
I liked a crush,
Maybe too much,
Liked a girl,
A lot, I thought.
Looking back
Though, maybe not.
This girl was cute,
And sweet, to boot.
But was there more,
I saw in her?
What's a crush?
They're not worth much,
Never last,
For all that long,
To hold on,
You must be strong.
The crush I had,
She wasn't bad.
But lost that one,
So, I'll move on.

i agree with you crushes are just thing that passes with time but it seems like we cant get over some of those crushes or stop developing crushes i guess it is jsut our human nature
