"Love thy neighbor as thyself."
Then you won't:
hurt him with word or deed
steal his livelihood
lie against his name
covet his mate
attack his children
take his livestock
use and abuse him
discredit his reputation
take advantage of his generosity
harbor distrust and resentment toward him
take occasion to slight him
For you wouldn't want anyone to treat YOU that way if you:
"Love thy neighbor as thyself."
Poor you, Jessica, cos I'm feeling testy tonight. Nice thoughts and all, but what happens if you don't love yourself but perhaps even hate yourself and want to be punished? Stranger things have happened...

Nice reminder to work on being a better person than what may come easiest, gossip, greed, envy, etc.. I like it :-)
