You dropped into my life amid the violent winds
and i didn't even know then how much you'd give me
and how to let go of the ever changing times inside and out
of waves of love and waves of loss
you reminded me...
when there was nothing to say
it's all been said anyway
those days i felt closer to forgetting
all of the charade in the marketplace
people coming and going
you remain

A true friend never asks for repayment. They have been repayed tenfold through the friendship shared, the more precious than any earthly commodity. Very heartfelt words you've written. I have had true friends in my life, and been lucky and very blessed. A wonderful feeling to share a bond with someone who is of your own body mind and spirit.
