do you ever feel there eyes
their eyes of disapproval
their eyes of disappointment
do you feel the cold of being shund
do you get lost in the dark
from them turning off the lights leading you home
do you hear the whispers
the gossip that they spread
no one has ever believed you
and no one ever will
this is how we all get here
to this place of make~beleive
it's the only place you can truely feel safe
no one to redicule you
no one to point and laugh
just peace and quiet
where you can be happy
until you are pulled back
back into the world of pain
but don't forget that you can come back
you are always welcome
