It’s my heart and soul my lifeline
Air I breathe it’s the broken ground I walk on
The blood in my veins that keeps my heart betting
I need music to let me breathe
And lets my bleed let me be

I’m feeling closed taking it all in
Burning up the pain my thoughts are strange
Just like my heart use to know
Just like thunder I heard it

The entire mass inside me
I want to play like I feel on the inside
I want to feel what keeps me alive

Take all these strings that are now my veins
Wrap them around everything my hands, my feet
My chest, my soul

The cold warming chill melody
slippin and slidin in my veins
Sound of the crying guitar tares my heart
Paving the way for untamed emotions
I can’t help but cry

I must remain in tunes forever my love is music
For my wife is melody I want to show the world
What I have inside

I want to play like I feel on the inside
I want to feel what keeps me alive
