On the outside

I'm beautiful an angel

my wings are partly clipped

Emotionally drifting in the woods

I sit inhaling the scents of my blunt

I'm tryna heal

I believe he'll forgive my flaws

& heal my pain

reveal my happiness

On the inside

I'm fallen like damaged raindrops

sitting there skipped by sunlight

my hearts standing strong

A true soldier walking through

the demons & the skeletons

in my closet

I'm trying to release the negative

free the positive with this candle

I silently say a prayer

keeping faith hoping.

God'll see.see through my flaws

I'm a moment late but at least

I took the time
