Let my anger simmer down

allow me reasons not to frown

take this prison I endure

release this pain that seems obscure.



I hear the waters as they flow

reveal to me all that they know

three times three let come to me

escape from my reality.



I feel the air upon my face

become to me, bridge time and space

three times three let find in me

a bit of inner harmony.



I feel the earth beneath me feet

release this power I entreat

three times three let grow in me

the hope that is designed to be.



I feel the fire in my heart

of the sacred flame I am a part

three times three, let stay with me

a way to let my heart be free.



Let my prisons break away

for I shall be reborn today

release the pain, revive the new

protect me in all that I do.
