I wanted you to realize

that i'm not who I can't be

i'm nothing more nor simply less

then that which is called me.



I only wanted a fair chance

that was void of other pride

but I couldn't have that either

your true self you have to hide.

have you convinced yourself that lie

will you simply end it there
