Living to my standards

I won't let them make up my mind

won't take a road I never chose

let their idea's make me blind.



They say that you are good for me

that I seem empty when your gone

but I don't really miss you

even when I hear our song.



All the things we never said

i'll say to someone new

there's a chance to start again

that's what I plan to do.



Wasted years can't be undone

but regrets have no real use

wasted tears remain unsdhed

my heart won't be abused.
