Part 2:The Demise

I fall to my knees

sink within the sand

my grave, my true solice.

A melancholy peace,bitter

unreasoning to my fears

all consuming to my pride.

You stand at my feet

the dust washed from your face

the sand gone from your hands.

Staring with pity

a hatred unworthy

to my empty gaze,

unseeing past my pain

past the emptiness felt alone.

Wow, this is some very emotional stuff. I can't say anything bad about this poem.

sink within the sand
