Hope is a virtue

When it is sincere.

You will know

Because hope isn't wishing for something

Or placing a penny in the till,

It isn't making a gamble,

Or forcing any "god's" will,

Hope's like a spark

That is lit in your soul

For the strength and courage you need,

To accept the weight of your goal,

That even in losing it,

You will come out a loving person,

.....and whole.
