Far away
In darkness I lay
Buried inside this tomb
Empty this forgotten tune
Forever sleeping
Endless dreams weeping
Lost below with broken wings
Prisoner of life and all it brings
Holding on to illusions of better days
The reality being more than just a phase
Empty and hollow
Where I go no one can follow
To the farthest depths my soul can find
To this monster I've become blind
No answer no solution
Into black of thoughts pollution
This ship is sinking
A cold heart shrinking
It's never the same down below
Where all the pain will go
Make way for the rain
Washing away all that remain
