emerging like a butterfly from a cocoon,I begin my journey

walking lightly along the rivers bank,water lapping at my feet

a cool breeze washes over me like satin,wrapping me warmly

the memory of your kiss makes me drunk with sensuality

i hunger for your touch,deeply,as if i am fasting

the evil of my ways shall be my undoing,if only to feel your lips

the water lapping at my toes licking them softly

midnight calls my name and begs me to confess to it my sins

the edge looming like a nightmare before me,whispering

peering into the depths of my very soul, i accept my fate

seeing the seduction of your face i give in falling into the abyss

squeezing my eyes shut afraid if i open them you'll be gone

the rush pounding out the sins of my soul,leaving it naked

spreading my arms falling to you,accepting the life you have offered
