Ahead lies a divided plain.
But don't walk left or right,
The path in the grass
leads straight up
You fly straight into the night
As you climb
You look straight up
[which now is the east],
And the stars fall behind
you and travel back up
swiftly floating just out of reach.
And you reach the plateau
you encountered before
And you find that where you stand
looks right across time,
to our divided plain,
looks at you, in your old land
You turn around
[toward what used to be down]
and see a purple sunset in the west
And the future is seen,
through a wave in the Sea,
see a place that is your final rest
And now it seems
You'll die here in your dreams
But you decide that now isn't your time
And so for you the child brings
A new set of wings
you fly into a glazed white sky
this one is so surreal and really beautiful... i love the words you used, especially "glazed white sky" for some reason... anyways, awesome job.
