Lesson Learned
When I have a child
There's no doubt he will know
That I love him no matter what
My love will always show
I'll teach him to be strong
And be there when he's weak
I'll help him along his endeavors
Whatever he shall seek
If he shall fall
I'll still be there
Picking him up
Because life isn't fair
My child will be lucky
Because I've paid attention
To my parents doings
And I've learned my lesson
:)
isn't it funny how we all want to do the opposite of our parents when we have kids?
after becoming a parent, I see how my parents raised and filed me in a different light, I still feel they fell short but its not with the same intensity and anger of my youth
and I totally compinsate in my own parenting for where I felt they were short.....
