I get the kids ready for school
I let the little ones play in the pool
I look up something good for dinner
Paper jam and no ink I fix the printer
You go to work
Call me for a run down of my day as your receptionist clerk
You drive a bus and teach a class
Maybe do a little maintenance while time is to pass
I make the phone calls and get the baby down for a nap
I make lunches and pick kids up from school and do the homework lap
I create dinner and do the laundry
I clean the kitchen and make the house pretty you see
I am the tether
For what keeps it all together
Together is not how we work
Because I do both sides of the teamwork
Why I Never Married
I did not need a human to maintain. Me was enough.
