Sometimes life is funny
When everything goes down
Sometimes life brings people
To place a smile on your frown
Sometimes life brings problems
And knocks you off your feet
But sometimes there are people
To make you feel complete
There aren't too many people
Who know exactly what to say
There aren't too many people
Who will help in any way
But sometimes there are people
Who accept you for who you are
And take you in their open arms
To help you not look far
Sometimes there are people
Where thanks would just not do
But always there are people
Whom can't match up to you
I appreciate the kindness
And for you just being you
And I know it isn't much
But most of all I thank you
