Sunstar

oh Sunstar

disyllable

writing my name

myrays of ganglion and genes

dreaming Sun of ecru night

and

beaming Star of dark-blue day

invite the Moon to play!

e-motion rhyming

the Uni-verse

with pure moonlit mind:

becoming slumbering soft light

deepset

shades of yawning day

nesting

in colourful display

of atomic circles of decay

are cautiously

distracted and distilled by

lunette and the muslin

of the myopic eye

yet:

only Moon

may coolly look at you

without

obstruction or protection

of chaste gaze and cycled

permission

oh

Sunstar

heated Heart of Love

wishful I go now into orbit

your passionate

stellular poem

is best read

by the Soul

The Earth uses the Moon as lunette to look at Sunstar
