I never get to see you

I miss you really bad.

You were the highlight of my life,

the best days I've ever had.



The next time I get to see you

seems so very far away

I am on a countdown

but I take it day by day.



I look at these old pictures

and I start to break down and cry.

Its been so long since we've even talked,

and now I wonder why.



I hope that I don't lose you

I need to  feel your touch,

I need to see your face again.

Without you, I'm not much.
