Sent straight to heaven, a family left to mourn.
My heart ripped into a million pieces, no words to heal the pain
My beautiful little Scarlett had gone, the angels biggest gain.
I spend the nights wondering of how you just maybe
The touch of your skin, the sound of you voice or whether you look like me.
The things we take for granted are the things I miss the most
your first words, your first tooth, your first steps even your first birthday toast.
Tonight my little Scarlett we will look out to the stars to see if you are there
And ask the angels once again ‘Why you? it’s just not fair!
I have for you and only you a special place in my heart
Full of unconditional Love no matter how far we are apart
