Self-Poetry The power of forgiveness is a valuable thing;
It is as precious as a diamond ring.
For, it will do much to clear your head;
Of the angry color of deep, dark red.
Anger is a terrible burden to carry;
It could never be lifted by a fairy.
For, it weighs so heavily on your system;
You must eventually use your wisdom.
To find healthy ways to vent;
They will feel like they are heaven-sent.
I don't know why anger makes some people feel good;
Even though, the adrenaline is understood.
It is much better for ulcers not to develop;
Because, your body and soul; anger will envelop.
That's why it's important for me to write;
So, my dark side, I don't have to constantly fight.

My Mother is extremely mentally ill and won't admit it; and she commits terrible injustices that I do not support.
I still love her, but, I need someone in my life that doesn't commit crimes.
I really, really look up to you and admire you as a beautiful person.
Will you be my second Mother?
