Im choosing to forgo the struggle,
Not! cause I'm out of its constraints,
More like because I'm physically & emotionally drained,
Any man with a lesser brain, would go insane,
I'm opting for a change
and declaring it a revolution,
My President is black!
Nothing can erase that out of the history pages,
But I have a few more questions remaining,
and these answers; still do seem evasive
Faith in the Lawd made me patient,
