Where I am today,

Here sitting in my little apartment I call home,

Hoping for something new,

Wishing for a day without pain,

Hoping that I made someone smile today,

Wishing I will walk one day,

Hoping that my family knows I love them,

Wishing that I was not sick today,

Hoping that all my dreams come true,

Wishing that all my family’s dreams come true,

Hoping that all my friends know I love them,

Wishing for love,

Hoping for peace,

Wishing for days without war,

Hoping that my friends that are hurting today find peace and love in each new day,

Wishing for a family of my own,

Hoping that my brother knows I love him he is an angel now,

Wishing for my dad to say I love you,

And It feels ok to say it too,

Hoping that I make a differents with the words I put down on paper,

If I don’t that is ok too,

But for now this is who I am,

And I can say I am proud to be me.
