Mirror (BDD)

When I look through the mirror

I see a girl who's scared

But when I try to see what she fears

My vision's impared

What are you scared of girl?

Afraid of being rejected?

Or of being alone?

Is that what's come to be expected?

Look at you

You're a mess

You're breaking out

You're hairs a wreck

Why do you stay girl?

You clearly dont belong

But for some reason your death

Seems to be prolonged

Look up, girl

NO!! DON'T LOOK DOWN!!

Great.. now you've seen your body..

Go ahead and frown

We go through this every day

Why dont you get a grip?

Its easy for you to say...

You're on the other side of this

Don't judge me

Just because I judge myself

It's enough that I hate me

I dont need any help

Maybe I do need help

Yes! thats just what I need

But I cant seem to get any

When I beg and I plead

You know you are sick

So why can't you see..

Well..

See yourself..

The way others see me...?
