Six Nostrils on a Man Planet

               I put a microphone inside    my ribcage

                        Just to hear my own heart beating

My biomass bleeting  ↑↓

Singing, seething saying “someday…..”

            Yippie yie yeah kie yow

   Oratory badiddly

                       Kie yow

Glow bright             yon fallywarthings

Gading gading badiddly

                        You are too now!

In this momentary singualarity àß

Sing song singalope grazing ↘↘↘

Yippers     zip yippy

Unto and out through ↗  your throttle

            Yon hip hippie

…Fwumpy-dumps

You zephyrean       wiggle-o-ton

            Say si and slap ambugaton

Ay cap’n    Ay!

and a bottle of thumbs

Yaaaare   and ↗  yaaaaw the shiply shapples

            Understood is to understand

↗→→→↘ Sling slang… frussily… mustardly!

And filthily take the harrumph!!!

            Now walk it à

                            ß And walk it well…

I see

                    sailing     a     zephyr à

This is a sound poem. It uses imaginary words, heavy alliteration, and has a visual dimension as well. I always found that this poem works best when read aloud.

I find this poem..

I find this poem difficult to understand. Have you given any thought to combining it with 'Ten Kneecaps on a Child Asteroid'? Then you'd really have something! I am the walrus. No goo goo. Just g'joob. Come back Wednesday.

PS - I totally agree with you. This is a very sound poem. Not sure about its author though.
