I Just Slipped Out The Back Door - in loving memory of our dear friend and colleague, Tony Brightwell 22/08/2015 RIP

I just slipped out the back door.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Death cannot stop the love I feel for you
I just slipped out the back door
To a place between conciousness and unconciousness
To a vortex of discovery
A place wrapped up in magicry

I travel freely like the wind
From place to place, Folding planets, Timeless dimensions
I'm there in a heart beat, the speed of light.

I'm every darling bud of May
Each crystallised teardrop
Look and there you'll find me.

I wait for you with arms outstretched
An ethereal smile playing, on the place, I once had kissed.
Be strong, It's not your time yet
So here I wait at the spirit gate
Until our souls joyfully merge
When your spirit slips out the backdoor.

I'm free from the pain
At one with humanity
Never to have my ideals slain
Deep inside your beating hearts these remain.

Listen to the stars
Drink of the moon
Surrender to the sun
Walk into the light
But never think of this as doom.

I walk into the shadows
illuminated by the intense true light
Protected in my saviours heavenly sight.

Gabby, wow, this is stunning. Oh and I love the word "magicry"!!! Fab creation!

Geez, I am sitting here mulling this, riding tangents, almost seeing you creating these thoughts.

This is truly a poem after my own heart. I so believe in the transcendence of love, true love, being so much more than the carnal world's lusty desires. I thought I was the only one who held that ideal in true perspective. I just love the way this comes across. It makes the whole of the dyad that each of us are, all the more real.

I say often you amaze me, yet I have come to realize, that your insight is a manifestation of a much higher being that flows passionately within. So forgive me for that allusion, for it takes away from your magnificence.

An aside, thank you for the comment on Red Dress. Hmmm, only red? That certainly makes my mind drift a bit! :)
You realize you are impossible to contact, or I would have messaged you more often about things that lift the mind and spirit beyond the plane of carnality. And I would also have just said hi! :) Tim
