I wish I could be a bear,
they don't have a single care.
They're free to roam the mountain,
drinking from Mother Nature's fountain.
And without a single worry,
there's not much need for their fury.
They eat, stay, and do what they want
Because they're not governed by rules of fine print font.
They hibernate the bad days away,
always keeping their enemies at bay.
If I could I would live life this way,
but reality is where I stay,
so it will never be this way.
One of your best!
I used to have the originals to a lot of these but they are all gone now. Reading these brings tears to my eyes.
I love this poem, I've thought about similar things to this, I really really like this, very creative.
