Someone cuts me off.
I'm stuck in the longest line
at the store.

I'm late on a deadline;
I wake up with a sore throat
on a Monday morning.

These trivial things
can ruin the best days;
stress gets under my skin.

But no matter where I am,
you find me in my mess
and show me how much I'm blessed.

Take away my impatience
and remind me it's not
the end of the world. 

Don't remove my frustrations;
give me some peace
in this chaotic world.
