Rudimentary Pi

And when you cannot see the bottom

You think the sea goes on forever

And when the snow falls

Gently on the surface

Dusk meniscus bent

In detaching fold

And when you see the snow

Caked upon the ocean

You think the sea was never there

Never depth charged

By the penetrating rain

On occasion breaking through

Red Rover

And when you shake the dandruff

Out of your hair

The suttle ants upon the sand

Shall think it's snow

Author's Notes/Comments:
