Brainstormings pt. I: The Stirring Winds of War

Folder:
Extended Poetry

When's the day when fish shall fly

And birds shall crawl the seas

For in barrels bullets wait

And in barrels bullets come

Bullets by the barrel

Restless as they wait

To grasp the course for told

Oh, when will the day but tilt

And dump all the garbage 'way

And make the wolves but shed to sheep

for war is but a storm

Angered and disturbed

War is but harsh weather

No stone but sheds to water

No strenght but strong enough

War is but a steel wind

An ever ever struggle

Great mountains crumble into sand

And we've all been told

Desrts never rustle, Deserts never stir

For with sand there is no tide

Inhaling and exhaling sweet life

No pulse but throbbing steady as life flows

War is but a steel wind

Blowing every ocean down

Drying all to dust
