I Hear About These ‘Dads’
And Wonder What Its Like.
To Have One Of My Own,
To Always Be There For Me.
When I’ve Fallen From My Place,
Someone To Help Me Back Up.
To Keep Me Moving Forward,
When I’m Really Going Backwards.
Everyone Tells Me What Its Like,
To Have Such A Great Dad.
Sometimes I Wonder,
What It’d Be Like.
If I Had Someone; A Dad,
Would It Be The Way It Should?
Or Like Any Other Guy,
That’s Supposed To Be My Dad?
