I tried to play the game so many times
And I lost.
I got beaten, bruised, and kicked around
I badly lost.
I thought my poor heart had ended up so broken and abused
That it could never really love again.
But it must have miraculously healed up.
It must have risen up like the phoenix from the ashes.
And now it’s stronger than ever,
Able to feel more love than ever before.
And it’s all yours baby.

You’re the one I want to spend my life with.
You’re a goddess, you’re incredible.
I am so deeply in love with you.
You consume my thoughts constantly.
I never ever want to be away from you.

With both arms wrapped around you
