I want to fall asleep.
With you next to me.
On a blanket.
In the middle of the woods.
With the sun shining down on us.
Together but alone.
Thinking our own thoughts.
But enjoying the company on the journey.
The birds chirp.
The trees sway.
The sun with its brightest rays.
As if all of them were welcoming us.
Accepting us.
Trusting us.
Loving us.
As if they were all partaking in our love.
