My grandfather is a person that loves music, that much that he has his own room for his music. He has beautiful sound system 4 or 5 chairs, a refrigerator, and a plasma screen and of course all the CD’s you can imagine. There are all of the Beatles, Queen, Pink Floyd, Guns and Roses, Michael Jackson, John Lennon, Billy Joel, etc. Also he has a lot of DVD’s, of the same bands and from other bands. This room is very special for my grandfather, because is where he spends the most of his time, now that he doesn’t work, he usually is on that room that .I have been there, the room is awesome, it is located at the back of the house, the sound is incredible, and the DVD’s look amazing in the TV. My grandfather starts this collection probably on the 70’s-80’s he has now over 150 CD’s, and over 50 DVD’s. This collection is continuing and it would grow a lot, I expect, this collection means everything to my grandfather now, including the room. It is his life now, is where he spends the most of his time, hearing The Beatles, watching DVD’s of AC/DC. All of our family has contributed to this collection; every time we have time to give him a gift like Christmas or his birthday we all know what to give him, a CD or a DVD. Since we all go to his house on Sunday’s we search for the one we are planning to give him, so that he doesn’t has it. He is always grateful for that kind of gifts because it is what he likes, and what he does. My grandfather once invited me to watch a DVD with him; he put on a Michael Jackson DVD, it was amazing how he was having fun, enjoying every time of the video and music. I have a great time; I have never seen a Michael Jackson video. I surely want to get another invitation from him to watch another video or to simply hear music with him. Now every time I see a CD or a DVD I remember my grandfather and how a great person he has been, not only with me but with all my family.
