Time to say Goodbye

Poems from dark days When is it appropriate to bid farewell?
Is it when the sense of pride outweighs the sense of affection?
When the fear of failure drives you insane?
Or when the fear of being replaced is the most prevelent?
The answer: none.
Goodbye is a mutual understanding between friends and lovers.
Unfortunately, we missed that memo.
And now here we sit, angry and confused.
