love

The secret room of love,

of passion and of light

is where we become one

and hide within the night.

A heartbeat we're apart.

A still frame in my mind,

of how it feels to be here.

This love is hard to find.

A fragile and precious feeling

of unresounding pleasure.

We vigilantly guard it for,

this love is ours to treasure.

Nobody else should know

of the moments that we share.

Nothing ever matters

when we are locked in there.

As I look into your eyes,

no words to pass my lips.

Forbidden is our love

So pure though is our kiss.

I really like this poem, it is sensual and sweet. It balances out the real meaning of love- I also really like the last stanza. Good Job on this one.

Strange I wrote one called Forbidden Love ,but quite different really , I like this it has an air of mystery about it and has the reader wondering who and why

I wrote a poem with the same title. Mine is a lot more sour than this though. It's nice to see an uplifting verion, :D
