In love and marriage and trust,
And kept on going like it seems so many do,
To discover cracks and lies.
No one can really take the blame,
Although it seems they point fingers,
As I, the kid, seem to understan,
Better than they do.
THeir love was not a mistake,
Although it ended too soon,
9 years together and this is how it ends,
No different than it began.
