You don't mean for your face to reveal so much
I know you don't feel the love when we touch
I can feel as much
Your glances are empty
Devoid of that once powerful love
No longer the slightest hint of lust
But before you go I want you to know
I love you more than you can see
I love you more than I could ever show
Not a day went by I didn't think of your smile
The way you laughed
Or your big brown eyes
I wish that was enough to bring it all back
I'll hide my tears and be strong 
But I can't let this feeling ...
There's just so much you still don't know
There's just one thing I ask of you before you go
Please hold onto our memories
Think of the good times we shared
I know there was once a time you cared
I know you can't help falling out of love
This isn't how it was supposed to go
Just remember I love you more than you can see
I'll love you more than I can show
Leave me to grieve over the dwindling hope
