In my eyes,
my world had stopped spinning.
All I could feel is the emptiness of the cold sun light
In the dark my heart shined the brightest
But something was making me feel like quitting
I kept telling myself “you need to keep going and
pushing yourself to strive for the greatness
and strength you already have inside”.
I’m striving to do the best I can in my little world,
I may cry a few times when I fall but I get back up again and fight
I have people who will hurt me because they love me
I have to break through the red hot chain that’s holding me back
from doing the best I can
I’m carrying on with what I need to do
