Running
I feel a breeze in my face as i step out to leave,
The shining stars guiding the way as i start to run,
I've not run that far but already i can barely breathe,
But that doesn't matter, i'll carry on till i see the sun,
I run as fast as i can from the fears,
Trying to get away from the pain,
Down my cheeks stream the tears,
Though they are masked as the dark clouds begin to pour down the rain,
Im hoping to find someone who'll try to help me,
Who'll realise i don't want to run anymore,
I hear birds chirping away, it's dawn, and who did i see? Nobody.
I can stop running for a while, which is good 'cause I'm tired and sore,
I'll have to put on a fake smile and show the world I'm fine,
When in fact i keep running, but the feeling won't go away,
That scared and anxious feeling of mine,
I stop and sit down by the trees that begin to sway,
Hoping the feeling stops, but instead it gets worse,
My chest feels as if it's full of rocks,
I have a quick lie down to think things through,
But it doesn't help, it doesn't stop the feeling,
Running doesn't help, but it's the only thing I know to do,
So I get up and turn up the music on my iPod, and start to sing,
Then i carry on running, and I'll carry on until i get rid of this scary feeling.

running is the easiest thing to do sometimes. but if the scary feeling gets stronger, then you have to run longer.
no one can see you running. they just assume your still in the same spot.
