You said you loved me,more than words can describe,
You said you'd always be by my side,
You'd always make me feel like your princess,
And you'd shower me with your kindness.

You'd always make jokes to cheer me up,
And you'd reassure me if i ever screwed up,
You were always so sweet to me no matter how your day went,
You'd always think of me, like that day we spent.

We were sitting alone, chatting away,
Then you said incase i got hungry we should go to the cafè,
Those sweet and caring words you'd say to me,
Makes me wonder why your not here, you see.

I guess time was not on our side,
All we can say is that, we tried,
I have spent an amazing time with you,
Please understand every word i say is true.

You'll always be on my mind,
Even though our past is behind,
They say you never forget your first love,
How can i forget the things i have wrote above?

We may be going our seperate ways,
But i just want to give you my prays,
This poem for you made me cry,
I wrote it, just to say Goodbye.
