I thought I knew the sun,
As it tried to keep me warm,
But I never understood,
Why it would fade into a storm,
I watched you fade away,
I felt the cold once again,
I wait for another day,
To feel the warmth against my skin,
I know I'll find you one day,
You'll give me reason to forget,
This sun won't fade into the clouds,
This sun will never set
