For justice
No if, ands, or buts
About it
I stand for acceptance
And the education
That can make it happen
I stand for the innocents
Who can't afford
The world to just
Give up on them
And look away
I stand
For the misunderstood
Who live life differently
As they should
I stand
For those
Without a voice
I stand because
I have a choice
To stand for something
That means something
I stand for the children
Who all alone in this world
Wish they had someone
To help and protect them
I stand for the adults
Who wish the same thing
I stand
Because I wish to do something
I stand because I can
