The world in which we thought we were safe
Changed forever that day
And we must never forget the victims
And the heroes who lives they did give
On that horrible day
So that others lives they may save
So lets hear it
For the home of the brave
And the land of the free
Whose spirit and grace
The terrorist tried
And failed to defeat
We will not apologize
For our ways
Instead we will
Continue to fight
For our right
To live our lives
Our way
And may our freedom flag
Forever wave
Over this beautiful land
Of the free
And forever home of the brave
