Opens my eyes
And my mind
It does set free
I would rather live
For creativity
Than conformity
I would rather
Learn to read
And beyond the cover see
Than live so blindly
That the cover is
All I ever see
I would rather be
Someone who is accepting
Than another everyday bully
For those who
For themselves cannot speak
I will gladly speak
A helping hand
I will gladly lend
As my message of peace
I hope to forever send
