Stella
The greatest
Dog ever
My best friend
And canine kindred spirit
No one could turn
My bad days around
Better than you did
You were always there
When I needed a friend
Or a puppy hug
Many dogs in the world
But you were my number one
Always making me laugh
And smile
Making each day
Actually worth my while
You protected me,
My house, and my
mothers car
When the need arose
The bad guys away you drove
And to do so were all too happy
As you were always on guard duty
Every single day
Watching out for all of us
In the neighborhood
That was beyond
Lucky to have you
You even found a lost child once
Still not sure how you knew
Where he was
But you lead us right to him
Like to do so was nothing
There have been a lot of great dogs
In all of history
But you were a special one
Never trained to find people
Found the kid anyway
Never trained as a guard dog
To be one was a choice
You made on your own
As long as I had you
I was never alone
And now that your gone
My soul
Has a hole
Where you used to be
Thank you sweet girl
For truly being
Best dog ever
Being my best friend
And the highlight of everyday
I got to spend with you
I love you Stella
And I will forever miss you
made me tear up. What a
made me tear up. What a wonderful dog. More than a pet, more than a friend. Family become angel
Thank you
Thank you she really was the greatest dog. She belonged to a friend and neighbor who ended up hiring me as her dog sitter. I spent many hours bonding and playing her and even if the rest of my life was falling apart the hours I spent with her made life worth it. When I first met her she was 3 months old and came to sit next to me on the steps outside and did so in a way that was like her choosing me as one of her humans that she was going to protect no matter what. And she did exactly that while being my best friend. I will always miss her.
