Take a walk

And at some

Just stop

Close your eyes

And just listen

Listen to the birds

Hear and feel

The cool

Summer breeze

As it 

Flows through

The trees

Smell

The sweet 

Scents

Of nature

From the flowers

You just now

Noticed

Were all

Around you

Let it all 

Fill you

With a sense

Of wonder

And peace

You have never

Felt before
Then take that peace
And that wonder
Spread it around
To everyone
And encourage
All who will listen
To take a walk
Just like yours
So they can expierience
It in it's purest form
For themselves
