I wish i could leave this poem blank
because that's the only way
that i would able to express
how empty i feel
About Depression

Said, is not the feeling,
the chasm where hope
goes to disentagrate,
optimism crumbles under
the heaviest boots
of despair, where dreams
of sun and clean skies
turn opaque.
.
Trapped would be better
because there are boundaries,
imprisoned welcomed with
definable bars. Here, a simple
nothing touchable is.
.
Even empty vessels have
air. A total void impossible, yet
it is seeming and hard pain
we solemnly wish would
evaporate as emotions fade
and then vanish.
